Welcome! Please introduce yourselves!

Hello all,

welcome to our new little repository for zabbix templates. We hope to build a free and open source repository of high quality user submitted zabbix templates. Please be our guest and upload your templates!

To introduce us, we run http://tribily.com and this site is an effort to finally streamline all the nice templates out there that float all over the web. We believe in open source and this website is our way of saying thank you and giving back to the community without which our service wouldn't even exist :)

Please post an introduction here and start uploading those beautiful templates :)

I think thi site can become very useful, since the templates provided on the main Zabbix site are poorly maintained.
What I found, anyway, is that tags are not properly inserted in current pages: thei are separated by space, while I think drupal requires "," (comma) between tags.
Can you correct this?

Also:
- a little screenshot or a list of monitored items per template could be very useful.
- zabbix version should be included in tags, and specified on every template (now, for example, I'm looking for 2.0 compatible templates)

Nicola

I created an account just to second what Nicola said.

Hi Nicola,

zabbix server version tags would be a very good idea, let me see if we can add that in the following weeks. We also want to create a drupal module that parses the xml template files for the amount of items, graphs and such. In short: there's lots of cool features we can and hopefully will add over time :)

If you have time/resources to help out, drop me a line at walter at tribily dot com and i'll hook you up with access. We want this to be a community effort :)

cheers,

Walter
